This imposing yet beautiful building was designed in 1848 by C. R. Cockerell, the architect of the national monument in Edinburgh and his final masterpiece Liverpool's St.George's Hall.
We welcome visitors by appointment. Parking is available on-street in neighbouring Brunswick Street or in modern, secure facilities at Liverpool ONE Strand Street less than five minutes walk from the office.
Public transport users should alight at James Street or Moorfields on the Merseyrail underground accessible from Liverpool Lime Street for mainline services.
